Philosophy

Management philosophy was established and publicized by Chairman Song-Won Sang-Tae Chang in January, 1977.

  • Cultural Development

    We produce products and services which are needed for the advancement and improvement of human life, and further on contribute to cultural development. In order to achieve this target, detailed methods are decided by the power and wisdom of all employees and the wisdom of time according to the changes of time.

  • Cultivation of Talent

    Prior to production of products and service we strive to educate our employees. For this, all employees will have equal opportunities and shall give even effort. We will also strive to cultivate and promote talented individuals.

  • Excellent Quality

    Our products and services must be excellent in quality, low in price and perfect in service. Therefore, profit is not the purpose of the corporation, but the result of our efforts which shall be proper compensation. Cost awareness, quality excellence and service quality contribute to the volume of our profit which is determined by our efforts.

  • Technical Innovation

    We will always try to improve policies and lead new technical innovation according to the change of time. We will respect good tradition and habits, but will not hesitate to reform and improve for advancement. In all areas, competition is the basic engine that drives development and improvement. However, excess competition can lead to deconstruction, so make efforts for internal and external cooperation.

  • Social Donations

    Management must be decided and conducted by combining everyone’s wisdom, and the compensation of the results shall be allocated according to staff capitals, and furthermore, shall be returned to society. Consciousness of management responsibility must be clarified and the top management shall be responsible in the end for its’ decisions.

③ Anybody is not allowed to use the e-mail address without permission, which is clearly specified as prohibition act according to the rule section 1 and 2, for sending information.
